This e-form is designed for current Northeastern students, scholars, and alumni who have applied to USCIS for a particular benefit and have received an official notice from USCIS requesting evidence, either a Request for Evidence (RFE), a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID), or a Notice of Intent to Revoke (NOIR).
