Early-Arrival Experience

August 25 – 27, 2019

In addition to the mandatory Husky 101 Student Orientation the Office of Global Services invites international freshman students to participate in an Early-Arrival Experience (EAE).

This program is designed to offer additional support and resources as you settle into life at Northeastern and explore the city of Boston. We will guide you through our transportation system, point out shopping destinations and attractions, and offer tech support for your electronic devices (cell phone calling plan, wifi credentials, etc.). You will have a chance to meet fellow international students and begin building your Northeastern network by attending the following activities:

  • Master Class lectures geared for international students
  • Boston harbor cruise
  • Red Sox game
  • Movie night and ice cream social
  • Game night

The EAE is an optional program for those who would like a head start before the mandatory Student Orientation.

Space is limited. Visit your App Status Check to register and pay the $1,000 program fee.
