As of April 1, 2024, there will also be differences in pricing between applications filed online, versus mail-in paper applications.

Below, you can see listed the new fees for the I-765. If you\u2019d like to see the full fee schedule for all USCIS for types they can be found\u00a0here<\/a>. In addition to updates in the USCIS application fees, there will also be updated versions of the application forms released at the same time.. If you are filing by mail, please make sure the form you\u2019re using is the most up to date version. The date of the last update will be indicated on the top right of the form.
