Please note that as we continually look for ways to improve and enhance the student experience, Northeastern University has recently moved to\u00a0Slate, an admissions application platform designed to\u00a0provide\u00a0each student with a unique and personalized admissions experience.\u00a0 Thank you for your interest in Northeastern University!<\/p>\n<h3>Step Two: Upload your documents<\/h3>\n<p>Please have a copy of the following documents ready to successfully complete your application:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proof of English Language Proficiency<br \/>\n<\/strong>TOEFL\u00ae, IELTS, Pearson PTE, Duolingo, or other university-approved equivalent language tests.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-gc-list-depth=\"1\" data-gc-list-style=\"bullet\">If you are submitting a\u00a0<strong>TOEFL score<\/strong>, you must also send the official score report to<a href=\"https:\/\/s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com\/s3-gnspiww-prod\/bef42c71-ab05-4cfb-9df4-da7257dd6c59\/Northeastern-University-How-To-Send-TOEFL-Scores-Guide.pdf\" data-gc-link=\"https:\/\/s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com\/s3-gnspiww-prod\/bef42c71-ab05-4cfb-9df4-da7257dd6c59\/Northeastern-University-How-To-Send-TOEFL-Scores-Guide.pdf\">\u00a0<\/a>Northeastern University through your <a href=\"https:\/\/v2.ereg.ets.org\/ereg\/public\/jump?_p=TEL\">TOEFL iBT account<\/a> (code 4999) before your application can be reviewed.<\/li>\n<li data-gc-list-depth=\"1\" data-gc-list-style=\"bullet\">If you are submitting an IELTS score, results are\u00a0delivered to our Electronic Download account by the IELTS test center.\u00a0An institution code for IELTS is NOT required. Please contact the test center\u00a0where you took the IELTS test directly, and request that your test\u00a0scores be sent to the account name:<em>\u00a0Northeastern University College of Professional Studies.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Unofficial College Transcripts<br \/>\n<\/strong>To submit and complete your application, you must upload a PDF file of your unofficial transcript directly to your online application. Unofficial transcripts must be in English.<\/p>\n<p>Please ensure that the scanned documents are readable and include all courses, grades (i.e., marks, scores, etc.), and credits completed to date. The scanned documents should also include information about the institution\u2019s grading scale. If admitted, you will need to provide your official transcript. If transcripts are not issued from the university in the English language, an official or notarized translation must be sent directly from a certified translation agency, along with the original transcript. Foreign transcripts must show degree completion equivalent to a bachelor\u2019s degree in the United States. We encourage you to submit a course-by-course evaluation of your diploma(s) and transcript(s).<\/p>\n<p>2. Once you have accepted your offer, you will be advised on how to\u00a0<strong>pay your deposit<\/strong>\u00a0(the first installment toward your tuition fee).<\/p>\n<p>3. Finally, once you have received your I-20 form, you will be eligible to\u00a0<strong>apply for your student visa<\/strong>.
